what a disappointing experience! the shower was completely useless, draining took forever, and i could’ve sworn the receptionist chuckled at my request for a room upgrade. isn’t it customary for hotels to treat their guests with some respect? as i was hoping for at least a complimentary gesture, but clearly, that would’ve been too much to ask. i almost felt generous enough to give a star or two, but i just couldn’t.

Many aspects could use improvement!!! A better approach to guest requests would be appreciated, like accommodating room preferences. Also, fix the shower drainage—it really shouldn't be an issue in a modern hotel!!!

Loved my stay! The breakfast staff were super friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi for some nice relaxation. The only downside was a slow shower drain, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all. 😊
